New Member and new to roland

Hi ya'll. have been an avid Yamaha player for over 30 years. I just purchased a Roland Jupiter 50. Very nice piano sounds, brass leaves a little to be desired, but very good pianos, e pianos, clavs, oragans.
I'm getting a bit stumped a bit on some of the programing like getting certain sounds from the "Upper" part to the "solo" part, but I knew there would be a learning curve.

can anyone out there provide a bit of help with two items on the Jupiter 50?
Fristly, how do I create a 4 layer sound to save and use as a live set>
Secondly, I'm having trouble accessing "all sounds" from the "solo" area of the keyboard. in other words I would like to get a sound from the
"upper" section and apply it to the "solo" section.
Can't thank you all enough for helping me out. I'm not a "newby" to the prof keyboard world, however have owned Yamahas for 39 years now, never a roland!
