Hi all.

I have been using Roland arrangers for years but now I am finding them to heavy to cart about.

I am looking for a light, professional workstation from Roland that is good for midi playback and midi file editing, sound auditioning and can also play wav backing tracks.

I have a 3 piece band and I play all tracks from the keyboard. I don't use external computers for editing so it all features must be onboard.

Ive looked at the Juno DS and the FA06 so far.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Paul

Technically the DS is a performance synth though with workstation like features.

The FA line are the only true workstations that Roland offers these days.

So I think you've got all your options covered unless you want to consider other brands and manufacturers.

With you quoting the FA 06 then I presume that its this v the DS61

Can I suggest that you consider a either the 07 08 or DS88.

I am now finding my 61 keys a little restrictive.
