Jon, if you look in the Techniques and Posture section there are a couple of Sticky posts on Tutorials and another on Music Theory.

You will probably find links there that will help you to improve your notation reading.

Conversely if you have any sites you know of as being good then do feel free to post a like to them.

You will also find we do get distracted in a thread.
