Output volume

I bought a Yamaha PSR 8000 the other week, one of the things I've noticed is how low the output volume is.

I know it works from the main volume, but i was wondering if anyone knows if it has another knob somewhere for this? maybe within it's computer?

I haven't tried it with a pa system yet. just though a mixer connected to the pc. but it seems very low.

I could whack up the volume but, it isn't very good for home recording :\

I do mean though a cable by the way, and not the speakers...
