If just printing it at a larger size is problematic (things may not lay out as you'd like), you can zoom it on your screen and take screen shots of sections and print those arranged as you like.

Cool utility, Biggles, but unfortunately, for some silly reason, the Casio document is locked such that the conversion won't work (same reason you can't just copy-and-paste from it). I hate when they lock this stuff, and I don't get why they need to. Same problem with my Hammond SK Pro manual.

Libre Office Writer can read and write PDF files and I don't believe it's bothered by protection schemes. It's open source.
