Hi - For anyone's benefit, being a Korg PA 700 owner - I wasn't too impressed with the factory piano sounds. I was pointed to a great resource over at "korgforums" by Biggles (thanks!), where another user "Reuben" (thank you!) has done a fabulous job at compiling some great piano samples.
These are listed to be comnpatible for Korg Pa3x, 4x, 700 and 1000. I think because they are compressed samples, they won't work with anything lower - and it is my assumption that they should be okay with Pa5x.

I also downloaded and installed Grand Touch RX from Korg's bonusware page below, the Grandtouch Piano is okay/usable, but not as good as the ones from the post above, but did find a couple of generic Piano+Pads/Strings samples that sound sweet. (on the page there is a filter for your keyboard, if the sound file still shows once filtered, it'll be compatible)
