How old is the keyboard?

If the noise equal throughout the keybed?

Check if the Rhythms have been turned down, the Manual shows you how if you are unsure.

Check the video at

4:25- 5:25 shows you how to use the rhythm features

That video will also show what the piano sounds like. There are no key noise functions in the electrnics. The keys do have a mechanical operational noise. At 3:15, you can hear the sound of the instrument in one channel (he apparently recorded it in mono), while his vocal mic (in both channels) is picking up the sound in the room, so there you can hear the mechanical noise, which in fact his microphone is picking up very loudly all by itself (there is clearly no piano sound in the room being picked up by that mic, so the piano sound is silently being fed to his recording device, the internal speakers are not playing, so ALL you are hearing there are physical mechanical noises of him hitting keys and pressing buttons.) IIRC, there are felt strips inside which can be replaced to reduce that sound.
