Problem in PSR-S970

Hi guys
Plz help
I have a Yamaha psr S970
I'm facing problem in my Style panel
From day one my break button is off also
'Ending II' and 'ending III' not responding
There is no light in these buttons whereas "ending I" is working properly
Plz help if anyone know how to unlock theses buttons

A first step would be to save all your user data.

Second step is a full reset, power off, hold furthest right white key and turn on the power, the keyboard will then reset itself.

Test it out and if all is OK reload your saved user data.
