PSR SX 700 chord finder

The chord finder on my 700 starts with the second note of the chord I’m looking for. So for a C chord displays it as E, G, C. Can this be reset or am I doing something wrong.

Can I just clarify you are playing C E G for a C?

E G C is a C it is the first inversion of C, so I would check in the function menu if there is display options to choose from.

Can you look to see what Fingering Mode it is set to.

I seem to remember seeing a similar post a while back, but my old grey matter cannot remember the solution offered.
