One of the pioneers of the 60s acid rock sound and scene, QMS really had a sound of their own, which definitely was elevated when they brought British session master Nicky Hopkins to record two albums with them.
The result - 'Fresh Air' - a classic anthem which managed to garnered a few airplays but lots of hits(pun intended).
Here's my take on the maniac piano solo Nicky plays during the song. I'd recommend giving the original a spin if you haven't already. Pure rock n roll with a groovy feel - just like the 60s were.
Anyway, here's to another hit!
