Rd700gx clock source

I just got an RD 700 GX. I need to turn my clock source to external so that I can sync it up with an external drum machine. I read the manual but cannot figure out how to access the switch to turn it to external!! Can anyone help me? I must admit I am new at this.

Look for a setting under Global MIDI menu that switches clock from internal to external.

It's possibly called Clock TX. if so, switch it off or to external.

Read your manual about MIDI settings for the exact wording.

It may also be called sync.

Hi friends. Just a follow-up to let you know I found the clock source switch!
A special shout out to Gary. I went to the index to find global midi in my manual. There was no G AT ALL,
IT WENT FROM F TO H! AFTER SEARCHING THE MIDI SECTION FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, I FOUND THE INTERNAL-EXTERNAL SWITCH UNDER SYSTEMS!! NOW MY DRUM MACHINE AND RD700GX ARE "MARRIED"
