Roland E-X20A not working

so i just tried to update the firmware of my ex20a keyboard with the ex20 1.3.0 files in the website. but when the update complete and the keyboard lcd says "prog ok". the instruction says to restart the keyboard. when i restart the keyboard it turned on but the lcd display nothing it just turned on but the lcd not showing anything and after that i can't turn off the keyboard, i have to Take off the power supply. how can i get my keyboard back to normal?
