Roland Fantom-X sample length/duration

Hi all,

I've imported a chimes sample into my Fantom-X and assigned it to a pad but it won't play the entire sample unless I hold the pad down. If I take my finger off the pad the sound stops. The same occurs if I assign the sample to a key and play it that way.

Is there a way to strike a pad/key without having to hold it down and have the sample play out it's full length/duration, if that makes sense?
