Roland G1000 demo disk

Hi Friends i'm a Roland g1000 user but from a few month ago my Roland g1000 doesn't read demo disk in it zip drive and either read files in the floppy disk. If any body know how to fix it. Please lead me in what to do. Thank

Definitely an internal hardware problem. You may either need to replace the drives or the controller daughterboard if there is one.

At this point it could be, that either the disks themselves are bad, or the drives themselves are worn and dirty with age or the controller board has given out.

You'll have to do some step by step troubleshooting.
