Roland RD-800 bright concert piano output weak

Hello All --

I have a brand new Roland RD-800 keyboard and I have found that the output from the Bright Concert (Grand ?)
piano is weak .. even when I have my QSC K8 speaker channel maxed out (and this is a 1000 Watt speaker) and
the volume on the RD-800 turned all the way up it still is not enough to cut through one of the bands I play with ...

Is there something within the keyboard that I need to tweak ? or do I need a mixer inline ? or some other way to
boost the signal ?

It seems weird to me that I am having this problem ...
