Roland XP 50 - how to store patches??

Hi there guys! I am a complete beginner and I have a good old Roland XP 50. I have a very silly problem.. hope someone can help me.. I just need to know how to store patches in the 16 channels, in order to change patches with one click instead of searching it everytime. Thank you!!

On the XP-50, a "PERFORMANCE" holds 16 "PATCHES". See Pages 24 & 25 of the XP-50 "Quick Start Guide" and Pages 17, 18, and 22 of the XP-50 main Owner's Manual for creating, editing, saving, and playing "PERFORMANCES". In "SINGLE" mode, you can switch between "PATCHES" one at a time within a "PERFORMANCE", but in "LAYERED" mode, you can do just that - layer (combine) two or more sounds to be played simultaneously for some really lush sounding mixes, but you have to watch your overall polyphony count when doing this.
