Setting transpose to foot pedal on Axiom 49?

Hiya Keyboardin' friends.

I have a 1st gen M-audio axiom 49 which, In additin to sustain, it has an extra pedal input, called expression pedal. I have searched the manual and can't figure out to program a pedal to transpose the keys. Basically when a song has a modulation, I prefer to play the same keys and have them raise up a step.

Refer to Appendixes A & B and use NRPN 134 Coarse Tune to shift by the required number of notes for an octave, usually +/-12 or some multiple thereof.
