I have no idea what skyjam is. Google searches come up dicey.

However if you are into jamming on the web with other musicians I can recommend two other websites/programs. Both also work with Linux as well as Windows and Mac.

https://jammr.net/ is my own personal favorite.

Nice, clean a simple interface and noticeably less lag than...

https://sourceforge.net/projects/llcon/ which is jamulus. The servers are slower and more prone to lag and fussy even though the interface offers more control.
