Godammit that is awful, above and beyond.

Anyway I did listen and despite her flat screeching voice which was very difficult to filter out it sounds like a guitar laden with multiple effects so it could be a raft of possibilities.

It's nothing more or less than wah was guitar without any melody or substance.

and at 51 seconds the not the gutar part the synth or keyboard sound

Yep I hear the sound you're talking about - it's a metallic brass stab sort of sound but can't be a lot more specific than that.
