Still get nervous

I've been playing with my band for over a year now and have played about 20 shows with them. But I still get so nervous before a gig.. Doe's anyone else have that happen and what do you do to chill out

ya know what... it's perfectly normal to be nervous. It keeps you on the edge of your show so you're constantly thinking about what comes next and what you have to do to prepare yourself. If you play something solo like a bar gig or something try talking to the crowd. It let's you get some nerves of being in front of a crowd out before you express your nerves through your music.
