Subwoofer Yamaha KS SW100 - worth it?

I have just bought a PSR Sx-600 and only play for pleasure at home. A lot of the time I use headphones. I see reports of how a sub woofer can really make a difference to the sound, e.g. richer. Does anyone have experience of using one of these please?

Hi! I had the exact same equipment and if you want to play for others at a party or give yourself a blast it is well worth it. The SX600 keyboard has a special EQ setting for use with this exact SW. But if you just play mainly for yourself, you can invest in good headphones instead, in case you are not satisfied with your current ones.

I just sold my subwoofer due to lack of space.

Subwoofer is not a must. Good external speakers are much better than buiit-in ones, too.
