Hey guys,
my dad just died and i found from his apartment our electric orgins from my childhood. Its first instrument that i have learned to play and its kind of sentimental object to me, so i wanna keep it. Well thats that, here is my problem: Sounds dont get amplifaid, i guess some part doesnt have enought power or something like that. I want to open whole think and watch with multimeter. If someone know how to get wiring diagrams or preferably whole service manual. Im ready to pay for it.

Hi
In the same serie there are also the EX 10 and the EX 30 , the differences are minimal and probably the service manuals can help.
I found some info about the SXE22 that is very close to the EX20.
If the amp&power supply circuit board contains the ref SXPG11561 or the power IC2 SVIGSTK0029N then I may be able to provide you
with more information to solve your problem.

Hi thanks for reply, i forgotten to tell here that i solved the problem. Problem was in pedals wiring. I found out that if the pedal is unwired then volyme goes minimum. I soldered wirings and cleaned connector, now the organs works perfectly :) This operation got me thinking, would it be worth to update speakers behind the 100w amp?

Hi
update to 100W
The EX20 amp is only 40W
Maybe you can use the output (only the lower kb) to externe amp.
info EX10 : 30W
EX30 : 50W

Hoi Dani
Have you tried a reset yet.
Info about STK0029 you can find on the internet even the price.
What have you already checked.
Troubles often occur due to faulty operation of your electronic organ if you are not completely
Familiar with its mechanisms. Pls a little more info.

In fact because of a power surge the Power Unit of Technics organ SX E22/L is not working at all. I don't have competent persons to check it. It seems its Voltage step down transformer is out of order too. SLTG5N25 is out of order. Can it be replaced by any other step down transformers?

Hoi
AFTER A POWER SURGE
Check: F1 =1,6A
F2 F3 =1,25A
F4=3,15A
D6 D7 D8 D9 C13 and C14 (35V 2200uf)
D10 D11 D12 D13 and c15 1000uF
If one of these is broken you dont have power.
Specs for SLTG5N25 (If you need to change)
Prim : 0-120-220-240 volt
Sec1: 22-0-22V
Sec 2: = 12-0-12V 3.15A (= F4)
Good luck
Mris
