If you are trying to import samples for creating new voices, see the section called "Creating Custom Voices (Voice Creator)" that begins on page 17 of the Tyros3 Reference Manual.

I hope the two sections in the Reference Manual that I pointed you to are of help in accomplishing what you want. Are you trying to create your own custom voice, or something else?
Never having owned a Tyros before, I don't know much about it beyond what I've picked up from other people who post about it or by looking at the manuals. It's certainly a lot more complex and feature-rich than my lowly PSR-E model keyboards!
