uncomplicated rock/pop songs for intermediate?

I'm probably not intermediate. I just me I can play to a certain extent, chords and melodies and need to practice.
I can find really easy songs and really hard songs. Easy: one line melody, maybe with chords. Hard: lines of melody, chords and also left hand notes besides chords, I can play some easier type of this music.
So I'm looking for something more challenging than very easy but not too challenging.
If you understand me.
I'd prefer to play from sheet music than a video tutorial as it's easier for me.
I like rock and some pop, but also like film soundtracks.
I'm a bit fussy with modern pop.
Any sugesstions?
I feel a bit stuck trying to find anything to take me beyond basic.
