User programme

Anyone help? I’m having problems with my Juno ds user programmes. Sometimes when I recall a user program it shows just an acoustic piano when I know a different sound was already input into a user. I’ve got about 35 user programmes stored with sounds that I need onstage. Recalling them in the past has been fine. However recently it’s ok up to a point . Then regardless what user program you call up it defaults the sound to a piano. If I switch off the keyboard, leave for 5 seconds and then switch on again and recall a user program, all of the sounds that I saved are instantly there on the user! Weird. Does anyone have the same issue? I’m worried that at a gig it happens, I switch off and on again but my saved sounds are lost

Check if you have the latest firmware.

If you do upgrade the firmware do a full backup to a thumb drive first.

If you already have the latest version do a full backup and then a system reset and restore.

If the problem persists alert Roland with a bug report.

It hasn't happened to me yet but I only save user performances, not programs.
