UserBank. KSC file issues when auto load in Virtual Memory

"Hi everyone,
I’m having some trouble managing my samples on the Kronos.
When I load my .KSC file directly into RAM via Autoload, everything works perfectly. However, because I want to free up RAM, I’m trying to use the Virtual Memory (Streaming) method.
When I try to load the UserBank.KSC (to utilize the SSD streaming), I run into the following issues:
Some Multisamples are missing samples or aren't loading correctly.

Looking deeper into the UserBank.KSC file structure, I noticed that several Multisamples are being saved with a size of 0MB, as if they are empty.
My goal is to have the Virtual Memory method of my KSC behave exactly like the simple KSC version, maintaining all the correct links to my .PCG files and Programs.

Has anyone encountered this 'zero byte' Multisample issue inside UserBank.KSC file?

Is there a specific sequence I should follow in the Disk -> Media mode or in Sample manage section to ensure the files on the .KSC, the User Bank are the same and the .PCG remain intact without losing data?

Try the following
- Load your My.KSC file in clear mode , this will load in Ram all your custom samples of this library.
- Now create another folder in SSD dir , name it , and save inside "All sampling data" under a new name
for instance MyLib , and after creating load in clear mode , "MyLib_UserBank.KSC" , this will load your
samples in streaming mode.
If problem insists with zero size samples , then your samples are corrupted and normally both KSC files
will result "missing samples" message when loaded.
