Velocity problem PC3A6

Hi,

I've just received my Kurzweil PC3A6 and have found a very confusing problem. There is a certain key (F5) which, when held down, causes certain other notes to become silent. However, when F5 is released, those other notes spike in volume. I have a video I uploaded to youtube to demonstrate what I have tried to explain. I go through different patches, including the KB3 mode. I have contacted Kurzweil support who have said to send it back and get an exchange, but this will be the second time I have done this and want to see if there is an easier solution.

Return it and buy another manufacturers keyboard.
