I've added a new usergroup to the site called "VIP Members" which rewards regular members with a badge underneath their username (and no doubt other extra goodies in future). At the moment the threshold is 250 posts and a registered for over 30 days. As the site grows, this limit will slowly increase to keep pace.
So far there are 3 VIP members, congrats!
I'm sure many more will become VIP members in the near future.
