Question:
Do I need to be concerned with the keyboard's polyphony capabilities to run VST's? ( NeosoulKeys)
If so, what is the minimum to run VST's ? ( or does the DAW/ IPAD-do all the heavy lifting?
BTW I would not get a keyboard with less than 64 polyphony anyway.

Short answer: No. The keyboard's polyphony is strictly for the keyboard's internal sound generation and has no impact on how many notes the keyboard can transmit to the VST instrument over MIDI via Note On and Note Off events.

Good deal - this is what I was looking for . Considering purchasing a 73 Key Yamaha Weighted action with 64 Polyphony and using
some external VST's from my IPAD.
