The "Spitt'n Llamas" are looking for a keyboard player. We are located in Chicago near Western and Diversey. We play all original pop / rock music, of which 80% is sung in Spanish. You do not need to speak spanish to be in the band! (I play lead gtr, and don't speak Spanish). Since last fall we have gigged once a month and are building momentum. Our logic is that there are a lot of bands out there playing the same type of music we do, in English. We hope to tap into the 2nd generation Latino/ American community who are bi-lingual. We are finding a market for this for this type of music. The world is getting smaller, and this generation is finding more similarities with one another, then differences. We rehearse once a week in our own studio. We have produced and released our own cd which is available on itunes. This is a new role in our band, so there is a WORLD of room for your own creativity and input. Our ages range from 28 to 40. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to weekly rehersales, but most importantly wants to have fun making music. Please PM me if you're interested.
