So my friend's got a Yamaha DGX-640 and his room leaked and got it wet and now the piano is all screwed up. Some keys play softer than others, some keys play multiple at the same time. It's just all screwed up and I was wondering if there was a fix?

Take it to a Certified Technician for test and repair. Expect it to be expensive.
If they have insurance then they can make a claim against it for the cost of the repair.
