Yamaha CS1X Touch Sensitivity

Hi, wondering if anybody might be able to help me with a keyboard issue. I bought a Yamaha CS1X off somebody recently and while I'm generally happy with it, the touch sensitivity isn't that great and I would like to switch it off. Does anyone know how to switch off touch sensitivity on this keyboard? I've read through the instruction manual and couldn't find it in there (maybe they call it something else?) but I know it can be done as one of the saved 'scenes' has it switched off, but I've spoken to the guy I bought it off and he can't remember how to do it. If anyone has a CS1X and knows how to do this it would be much appreciated!!

I've just had a quick look at the CS1X owners manual - could it be the 'Velocity Fix' option? See p42 of this pdf:
