I couldn't find any definitive information about how many notes are supported for drum kits, but looking at the tables for the internal drum kits suggests that perhaps only notes 13 through 91 are supported-- although the internal drum kits don't use any notes above 84, and notes 85 through 91 are listed as "No Sound." I don't know whether that means those notes can't be used, but it seems odd to include them in the tables if they can't even be used in a custom drum kit, so it's possible that maybe they can.
In my opinion, the message you got isn't an "error" per se, but rather a warning or informational message, to let you know that the file was converted as requested but that some drum kit notes had to be omitted because of the technical limitations of the target keyboard (Tyros5).
