Could anyone give me a 'heads up' on how to trigger a Roland U110 voice from the Yamaha via MIDI by pressing one of the preset buttons?

Thanks for the reply.

The thread you suggested contained a great article on what MIDI is and how it works.

I've used MIDI in various guises over the years, so the basic knowledge contained in the article didn't assist in this case.

My specific question (which I should've asked) was mainly for Motif owners in how to create an empty Motif voice, assign PGM change to the correct MIDI channel and have the Motif trigger the U110's voice.
