Yamaha MOX6 Problems

I have a MOX6 Keyboard, was working fine now some of the sounds sound distant and "off. I did a Factory reset and when I turn it on , the default screen is "MASTER MO Xpressive). when I go to VOICE (Category Search) , for example many of the Voices are barely audible, sound wrong and terrible..this happens with Piano, Keyboard etc any ideas. how to fix this? Thanks

there is a place called a repair shop, you should find one and use it.

Try squirting some contact cleaner into the pots and sliders.
