Yamaha MOX8 key problem

My Yamaha MOX8 suddenly has a few keys that produce no sound when played. They are the three C# keys, and the three G keys in the upper register. Everything else is working perfectly. I did a factory re-set twice, but nothing changed. Any ideas as to why this suddenly happened?
