Yamaha PSR-E445 Dead Keys

Hi everyone
I have a Yamaha PSR-E445 keyboard with two dead keys - these are the lowest C and the next octave C. Tried everything- cleaning, reflowing, re-seating the connectors but still no go. Even did the slapping thing. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum.

Try resetting it, hold down furthest right key on the keybed as you power it on.

If this fails then maybe you are due a new keyboard.

Your model is a few years old now, with the current model being the 465.

Shops here in the UK are being mandatory closed due to the covidvirus outbreak so time may be pressing where you live if you are now considering replacement.
