Yamaha PSR-E473

In this topic I will share all tracks I made with the Yamaha PSR-E473.

For this track, I used a rhythm from the Pop category.

I still thought it was a fun groove, and ideas started coming to me pretty quickly.

I kept the BPM at its default value, which is 117 BPM, and for the instrument I selected the OTS setting, which should be the L!CGRPno.

As title I gave the track "He Did It All"

For this track, I used a Swing & Jazz rhythm called 026 BB Fast. It turned into a cheerful piece once again.

The tempo is 185 BPM, and the instrument comes from the OTS settings—specifically BigBndBr.

I named the track "Yes, the Joy is Real".

This time, I chose a rock rhythm called 042 BritRock. While I was playing, the title came to me: “Stay With Me.”
The tempo is 118 BPM, and I used the OTS setting for the instrument.

It ended up giving me a sound I’ve used before, but it fit the rhythm so well that I decided to use it again—L!CGrPno.

This track was created using a ballad rhythm called 058 Glam Pno.

I kept the default tempo, which is 69 BPM.

Since the instrument was once again a piano, I decided to switch things up and choose something myself.

I went with NylnGtrH, which is a nylon guitar.

This track was created using an R&B rhythm called 073 Blues Rk.
I kept things simple and had a great time playing with the groove.

Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with how the instrument levels sit against the rhythm, and I just can’t get it any better.

It’s the same with almost every rhythm on the Yamaha PSR‑E473:

I can’t turn the rhythm volume up, only down and that’s definitely not what I need.

A pity, but given the price of the keyboard, it’s not entirely unexpected.
The tempo is 120 BPM, and for the instrument I used the OTS setting, specifically BrasSect.
