    Hello everyone,

I am just looking to buy my first keyboard. I have limited space, so do not want something huge, but at the same time I don't want to find myself wishing I'd brought a larger keyboard. So my main question is how many keys should I be looking for and does anyone have any recommendations of specific keyboards for someone like myself.

    Thanks in advance,
    Simon.

    1. Whats your budget
2, Do you have an amp or do you want it built into the keyboard
    3. Do you need to carry it around (to performances etc)
    4. Do you have a decen't PC/Laptop

    Thanks for replying :)

My budget isn't alot. I've got two choices here, buy a keyboard thats small enough to suit my very limited space or....
We have a very large keyboard up in the loft, my only worry is that I won't have anywhere to put it. But should I strive to find the space for it rather than buy something smaller?

As space is limited the amp would be best being built in and no I won't be needing to carry it around, especially not to performances...... nit just yet anyway! LOL

And yes I have got a decent laptop.

Only reason I aksed about laptop and amp was you could get a midi keyboard controller and run soft synths on your laptop.
