First of all you can use web-sites with scores on them such as: https://www.musicnotes.com/search/go?w=mozart&from=header and https://musescore.com/archippe/scores/3304581/piano-tutorial. On the first you have a lot of scores (from classic to modern music), on the second one there is a tool (like in synthesia) which works like tutorial. Actually in modern days you don't need special apps because every music web-site with tabs or scores became more flexible in their capabilities.

Playground Sessions is advertised by Quincy Jones and Harry Connick Jr but they don't actually teach the classes.
