I had a problem with my graphite 49 during the firmware update. The keyboard disconnected during the procedure and since then I have a big bug. HELP

Many keyboards specifically state during a firmware update to not disconnect nor power down the keyboard during the update. It can cause, in some cases, an unrecoverable corruption. The Windows operating system is also a non-keyboard system that states this during major updates.
