    I think you need to go to a pictures hoster like www.photobucket.com. You can upload there all you pictures and if you want to show them here in a topic or something.... you need first to press on the insert image button and put you url there and you're finished.

    (I dont know if you still need the answer and sorry everyone for the offtopic answer)

    When you write a new post make sure you are in advanced mode. Just below the main edit box where you type all the things like I'm doing right now should be an "Additional Options" section. There should be a "Manage Attachments" section where you can upload image to this site to put in your posts. You can only upload 5 images per post and there is a 97.7 KB limit per image(must be .jpg).

    You could use other options like photobucket if you have extra needs.
