hey i saw a casio keyboard with a usb inpoot ; can play mp3 and convert them to midi , it means that simply remove the singing part . what is the model or the keyboard name ? thanks !
Forget it! Transfer MP3 to midi is almost impossible. (The other way around yes!) I have tried a few (expensive) programs and they are no good. Only if the MP3 is a solo instrument like a piano or trumpet the convertprogram can recognises it. But the sound of a 3 man band turns out in rubbish. Casio's with aUSB-B port can connect to a computer using the free to download datamanager. It is a communication port only. DickR (soundengineer)
Thanks for the quick reply!! I saw it in a video review of a new keyboard. He were playing an MP3 from a usb, and he pushed a buton , he was able to listen only to the instruments. I'm sure i saw this but can't remember its model!!
