    Hello guys,

I want to build a setup which should be close to acoustic piano in terms of feeling and sound, with low budget.

    Here are my options:

    1) YAMAHA YPG-525

    2) M-AUDIO Keystation 88es + M-AUDIO Fasttrack USB II + M-AUDIO SP-2 Sustain Pedal +
Native Instruments Kontakt 5 and a decent 2+1 speakers

What do you think? which way is more efficient? Which one is more close to feeling of acoustic piano? I'm not sure about the sensivity of M-AUDIO (which is major), but working with MIDI and software gives much freedom. In the other hand, reviews about YAMAHA are so good. Can't decide, what do you think?

    Thank you

Welcome to the forum. What's your budget?

    Hi

Budget is around 400$-600$, but products are more expensive in my country.
Also, besides budget, I wonder should I solve this with "electronic piano" or a with similiar combo to option 2, a small budget home production set?

    Thanks

Out of those two - for an easy to use piano substitute - I'd go for the Yamaha.

I 2nd Yamaha as well. They make a wide variety of entry level keyboards.
