TRS-MSO2 speakers in Tyros 2

    Hi

    I've just bought used Tyros 2 and TRS-MOS2 speakers included for it.
    Because a cable between subfoower and keyboard is missing( i need order new one) i'vet connected only left and right speakers, but those does'nt work at all. Can't hear nothing:mad:

    Does need speakers with subfoower function correctly, because they are muted. Only headphones works fine.

    I believe the subwoofer has a crossover on the back to link all the speakers together so I'm guessing that is the problem.

    Hi

    Thanks for the message. I got a cable between subwoofer and keyboard. Seem to be that cable solved problem. L/R monitors work's now:)

    Given that the speaker setup is 2.1 and is patched with a single cable, the two L/R satellite speakers are likely not full-range speakers. Therefore, they can't output audio well by themselves, requiring the amplification that the subwoofer unit supplies.
