Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, my favorite piece is Swan Lake Jay Chou, "Secret OST" Frédéric Chopin "Chopin Waltz"
I never considered who is my favorite composer. I like traditional songs, like Bela Bartok has traveled and collected traditional songs, everyone knows his Hungarian Dance. From classics, I like Mozart, Haydn, Pergolesi. Romantics, Chopin. Favorite song? Here is one of them http://youtu.be/Qhrpc9FFFAI It's also my favorite Movie.
Too many to choose from to pick just one. Are we talking specifically piano based and classical? If that's the case, then probably Sergei Rachmaninov's variations on a theme of Paganini : Opus 43 X Variation 18. Well that or The Great Gig in the Sky by Richard Wright / Pink Floyd.
