A Blast from the past... growning up ive always liked ELO ( Jeff Lynn ) and Olivia, this was fave when i was like 12, hehe have always been a sucker for harmonizing songs. I put a link to the orignal MIDI file for comparsion I find most of the freebie files on that site but there turds and need polishing hehe This one was 2 octaves off and 2 bpm too fast, patches were yuck but it fit the bill for completeness.

Flutter flutter . . That is my heart!
Olivia Olivia . . . My heart throb!
A Melbourne girl.
I fell in love with Olivia when she was just 15 or 16. :) I saw her live when I was just 10 or 12 ? Mum took me to the TV studio where she was performing on a variety show.
I am still in love with her.
What about her voice eh? It is like pure silk.
I am glad she is a fav of yours too Gary.
Great tune. Nicely played.
Sharing the love.

Ray and Paul are probably going to skin me alive for saying this, but I was never a big fan of ONJ.

Too corporate and polished for my tastes.

If I did have to choose an Australian icon to worship, I'd have to include groups like Flash and the Pan or Men Without Hats.

THESE are the songs that hum in my head when I'm feeling good.

Gary ;)

Men Without Hats are from Montreal.
The vid above says "not avail in your country"
I googled and found vids ok. The singer sounds a tad like Bowie.
I like:)
Flash and the Pan are Vanda and Young. Well they are just super talented. Underrated Lenon an McCartney if you ask me.
Cheers

I always liked the Safety Dance when I was a kid, but yes Ray's right - they're compatriots of yours, not ours Gary!

Flash and the pan were the creation of those Aussie rock legends Vanda and Young. Now that's musical royalty.
