More correctly Arthritis.
This creaking old guy gets sore bones in his hands after practicing.
Take Glucosamine Sulfate daily.
Use Arnica Cream topically sometimes with a few drops of Aspercream.
Was wondering what you more experienced keyboarders use.
Hope this is the correct place to post this.
Many thanks...

Oh Gary.
How I wish I could. :(
Truthfully... the last time I did, when I had a lot of pain, it seemed as though I felt the pain more accutely.
Appreciate the thought, 'though.
Don't think I'd try that again.

Me too . . Painful fat and deformed knuckles.
Fish oil supplements or real fish as sardines or salmon also helps.
As well magnesium supplements.
Days of high humidity are a killer. Hands, shoulders and hips are my handicap.

Glucosamine Sulphate, I was told by a old (and presubly wise) doctor NOT to use chondoitrin, but I do NOT remember why - hell i barely remember breakfast... That and regularly throughout the day flexing the fingers and an old exercise of holding the hands upright and straight, then bending one at a time and holding at each finger and joint separately - lower, hold, raise. Then the whole finger - lower, keep it straight - hold, raise. Some English exercise system from the 60s, that was the free lesson.. I am a bit stiff, but usually no pain from the joints - I just lost my finger calluses by not playing for two years during Covid, so I've got to get those back.
