Authentic or Electronic?

I'm currently in the market of getting some gear. I want to know which is more worth it... Getting the real stuff, like an actual Rhodes piano, a Hammond or Wurly Organ, Old Analog Synths etc. Or should I just save the space and get something like a Yamaha MOTIF series, Nord, Korg etc. ?
