Can Keyfollow from Matrix Control on the Roland Juno DS keyboard affect some MFX parameters? If yes, how?Is there a keyboard somewhere in that sentence?

First of all, the Juno DS is a rompler. It's not a "synth" like a prophet or a Moog. You never mentioned a model number to begin with.
The FX are extremely limited.
Why not do your own experiments and tell us the results.

I on the other hand I jumped in thinking you were asking about alphabetical keyboards. Mine was naive. For that I was way out of line and sorry. I think your question is highly technical above and beyond most of us keyboard musicians and could have been elaborated or made clearer to show some relationship to musical keyboards.

"highly technical"? How can a question about a Keyfollow as a modulation source in the Modulation Matrix be considered "highly technical". It is in the Manual!
There is no need to insult random people on the Internet if you use a keyboard with 200-300 sound synthesis parameters per channel only as a "rompler".
